Who wants “atchara?” For many millennials, they tend to remove atchara out of their plates when they ordered Filipino barbeque meals or Tapsilog meals. But for me, I learned to love atchara when my father used to eat it with rice. From young age to this time, we Filipinos learned to put our favorite atchara in our fried dishes, and even eat it as its own.
Today, I was introduced to try one of the finest atchara in the metro today. Made with organic ingredients and full of love, Lola Deling’s Tradition Atchara is something you and your balikbayan friends will love. What to love with this atchara? Here’s my love points:
GOOD QUALITY INGREDIENTS
Lola Deling’s atchara used finest ingredients like fresh green papaya, carrots, pineapple, raisins, red bell pepper, ginger, onion, garlic, black pepper, salt, and organic coconut vinegar. These ingredients make this atchara stand out.
Did you know that atchara has good health benefits? Just adding atchara as your side dish give’s a lot of benefit in our body like:
Superb source of antioxidants
Aid in supply of probiotics or gut-friendly bacterias
Vinegar based pickles improve hemoglobin levels in diabetics.
It also a good source of essential vitamins and minerals.
BEST SIDE DISH
The best part of having this atchara in your every meal is to combine it with your favorite food like barbeques, roast chicken/beef, tapa, grilled/fried fish, lechon and more. What a healthy way to eat out.

Happy new year means happy new beginnings. Greater things to hope for and new opportunities to come. As bloggers, new year only means new open doors to unleash and find its way to bless us. But 2017 is also a blessing to us. Personally, this gave me tons of opportunity to grow more and learn more about my ability as a blogger. And because of that, there are tons of ways to be thankful as well.
As last week, United Bloggers’ Philippines, with the initiative of its founder Mrs. Adae Ang, launched a Gatsby-themed thanksgiving party with fellow bloggers and PR partners. The party happened at the finest Filipino restaurant in Makati city, “Romulo Café.” And the event was filled with food, prizes and Gatsby-fun for all bloggers and PR friends.
We interacted with our fellow bloggers and PR friends, as they introduced their respective businesses and promote their products to us. They even gave us a token of appreciation. We also had a good time playing games and to raffle off prizes courtesy of our sponsors.
What I love about this experience is how one event can gather bloggers and PR companies in all walks of life, and actually be friends with one another. I took home many prizes from the event, but I’m more grateful to the relationships I built with these bloggers.
Congrats and thanks to United Bloggers’ Philippines for many blog opportunities, and for more adventures to come! Thanks so much as well to our generous sponsors, Eggshell, Herbalife Ph, Lola Delings Traditions, Shakedown St Cafeteria, Krispi Garlik, Restaurant Depot, Adae’s Kitchen and Romulo Cafe as our official venue.
